Delivery is evolving for small parcels!

Dear customers, after conducting a satisfaction study on the plant-potato delivery system.fr. 

We decided to change partners for small parcels (0-30 KG).

Following exchanges with you, we were able to understand that our current partner Mondial Relay no longer met your expectations and needs.

We decided to start a collaboration with Chronopost. This new collaboration will allow you to benefit from a relay point delivery for parcels up to 20 kg.

Aware that you do not all have relay points near you, we also offer home delivery of your package.

Following this new collaboration, we have decided to change our shipping policy in metropolitan France (excluding Corsica).

As you know, plant-pommesdeterre.fr market heavy products.

The heavy weight therefore has a certain cost for carriers that logically passes it on. 

Nevertheless, in order not to penalize you, we have decided to take part of it at our expense.

You will now benefit from a fixed grid of shipping costs per kilo of goods ordered.

In order to be as transparent as possible with you, you can find below the new distribution of shipping costs by tranche.
