🌱 Origin and Presentation

French variety entered in the catalogue in 2012, from the GROCEP selection.

Specially adapted to organic farming and more difficult growing conditions (mountainous areas, varied soils).

Renowned for its robustness, yield and culinary versatility.

🥔 Characteristics of tubers

Shape: elongated oblong, very regular.

Skin: smooth yellow, superficial eyes (easy to peel).

Flesh: pale yellow, melting texture, good resistance to cooking.

Size: abundant production of large homogeneous tubers.

🌿 Agronomic characteristics

Early: half-early to half-late harvest from 90 days (early) or up to 120 days for conservation.

Yield: very high (superior to the Bintje), many well calibrated tubers.

Conservation: excellent, up to 7 months and more in good conditions.

Resistances:

very good resistance to mildew of the foliage,

correct tolerance to tuber blight,

rather insensitive to common scab,

suitable for crops without chemical treatment.
