Obtained by GROCEP, the variety Altesse was registered in the French official catalog in 2000.
It is appreciated for its hardiness, good productivity, as well as for its long conservation.
Botanical description
Tubers: elongated and regular, with yellow skin and yellow flesh.
Eyes: very superficial to very superficial, which facilitates peeling.
Agronomic characteristics
Precocity: early to half-early, harvest possible from 85 days for new potatoes, up to 115 days for storage tubers.
