Rubis
The Rubis potato is a semi-early variety, with long oblong tubers, red skin and pale yellow flesh, shallow eyes. Medium-height, leafy plant with a semi-erect habit. Fairly susceptible to foliage blight, moderately susceptible on the tuber. Culinary group B, fairly good to good cooking hold, slight blackening after cooking.
