Origin and General
Variety of Spanish origin, very widespread in modern production.
It is now widely distributed, notably via breeders like HZPC.
Description of tubers and plant
Tubers: large caliber, oval shape; half-sunken eyes, which facilitates peeling and sorting.
Skin: light yellow.
Flesh: yellow to dark yellow, relatively floury, particularly suitable for certain types of cooking.
Foliage: robust, gives the plant a good ability to withstand the growing conditions.

Late to very late variety.
Possible harvest 130 days after planting for new potato.
Harvest recommended up to 150 days for extended storage.

Very good preservation: the tubers keep well over 7 months in good conditions.

Resistance to disease
